What happens when trial limits are reached?+

The Scalar trial is strictly limited. When a trial cap is reached, upgrade is required. There are no trial overages.

How do extra seats work?+

Vector, Matrix, and Tensor include baseline seats. Above that, additional seats are billed monthly and managed in organization settings.

How is additional usage handled?+

Paid plans include monthly usage allowances. Usage beyond those allowances will be billed as metered usage on your invoice. Provisional storage overage rates are $0.05/GB-month for document storage and $0.696/GB-month for index storage; other detailed rates stay in billing settings and invoices.
